Everyone has a natural radiance and jewelry helps you shine! I create finely hand-crafted, soulful, one-of-a-kind, limited edition and bespoke designs that make you feel beautiful.
Dianne Karg Baron became obsessed with wire over 25 years ago when she made a pendant out of a little piece of beach glass found while walking near her home. Since then, the award-winning artist has bent, twisted, woven, hammered, fused, and knitted her way through many kilograms of metal. Her recent work explores historical and modern adaptations of Viking Knitting.
Major exhibitions have included: The Art of the Bimbo, at Woman Made Gallery, Chicago, IL (2022), The Earring Show, at the Craft Council of British Columbia (2020-21), Holding Place: A Repository Of Containers And Vessels By Metalsmiths Around The World, online, curated by Beth Wicker (2013), and MAG 2067: CRAFTING THE FUTURE, at Arta Gallery, Toronto, Ontario (2009).
Her jewelry has been published nationally and internationally, including in 500 Earrings by Lark Books, Wire in Design by Barbara McGuire, Lapidary Journal, and The Wire Artist Jeweller.
Her jewelry is in private collections in Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and the USA.
A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (Interior Design, 1988), Dianne is a member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths. She lives in Oshawa, Canada, with her husband, and dog.
